2-3 week (14-21 business day) order processing time, plus additional postage time as relevant to your area from our local studio in Qld.
Please choose express post if you wish to opt for quicker postage. However please note that choosing Express Post will not affect the 2 week order processing time.

Standard Orders with NO Customisation
1-3 business days + shipping time.
DURING PEAK PERIODS SUCH AS CHRISTMAS AND EASTER THIS MAY BE LONGER - please check the announcement banner at the top of our website homepage for up-to-date order processing times.
Orders WITH Customisation
3-5 business days + shipping time.
Drawings/Photo Replications
5-7 business days + shipping time.

Babes + Letters orders are processed at our small studio in Queensland and shipped with Australia Post.
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been lodged with Australia Post.
Your order will arrive flat (never rolled) with every order produced and packaged with the utmost care in our studio.
Babes + Letters cannot take responsibility for your parcel once it leaves our studio. We are unable to take responsibility if your order is delayed in transit due to shipping delays.
