QUALITY
To uphold our commitment to providing you with high quality pieces, we print all products with a professional standard print system that uses archival (fade resistant) ink technology.

By combining the use of our archival ink system and our premium artisan card, we can produce replications of the original illustrations used in our compositions in stunning detail.

With proper care, your keepsakes will last a lifetime.

PRINT CARE
We highly recommend you follow the below recommendations to ensure the quality of your print/s remain intact as best as possible: 
  • Wash hands with soap and dry thoroughly prior to handling your print.

  • Keep any handling of your print as minimal as possible. Always take care not to touch the main area of your piece.

  • Select a good quality, acid-free frame for displaying your piece. 

  • Keep out of direct sunlight and away from moisture.

  • Please keep out of reach of little hands.


What sort of paper do you use? 
We use a variety of premium artisan card types ranging in weight from 280gsm to 310gsm. We use slightly textured papers that feature a beautiful matte finish. Paper type is dependent upon which print and size is being produced. Please check the individual product listing for specific details. Our favourite papers include our stunning 100% cotton archival card, and of course our first love, linen card. 

Do you offer framing?
Unfortunately, we no longer provide framing services.

Can I request a different size for my print other than what is specified on the listing?
We are always happy to accommodate your requests. If you do require a custom size, please send us an email to discuss your options. 

I am purchasing this item as a gift, can you send it directly to the gift recipient? 
Yes we can!  Please leave a note in the checkout process and we will happily facilitate this for you. Please keep an eye on your emails as we may need to contact you to confirm shipping details etc. 

My prints were damaged in transit, what should I do?
If this occurs, please email a photo of the damage to hello@babesandletters.com within 2 days of receiving your parcel.

I have received my print and have changed my mind, can I get a refund or exchange? 
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on any of our products. 

Print Personalisation/Customisation
If you are requesting any personalisations or customisations to your piece, please ensure you double check all spelling and grammar prior to submitting your customisations during the checkout process. Your customisations will be taken directly from your submissions upon placement of your order. 

You can always send an email to hello@babesandletters.com should you wish to confirm your customisations or request any changes, if your order has not yet been processed.
