QUALITY
To uphold our commitment to providing you with high-quality pieces, we print all products using a professional-standard print system that employs archival (fade-resistant) ink technology.
By combining our archival ink system with our premium artisan card types, we can bring the original illustrations used in our compositions to life with stunning detail.
With proper care, your keepsakes will last a lifetime.
PRINT CARE
We highly recommend following these simple steps to maintain the quality of your print/s:
- Wash hands with soap and dry thoroughly before handling.
- Minimize handling to preserve the print. Always avoid touching the main area of your piece.
- Select a good-quality, acid-free frame for display.
- Keep out of direct sunlight and away from moisture.
- Keep out of reach of little hands.
WHAT SORT OF PAPER DO YOU USE?
We use a selection of premium artisan card types, ranging from 280gsm to 310gsm. These papers feature a subtle texture and a beautiful matte finish. Paper types depend on the print and size being produced, please check individual product listings for details. Our favourites include our 100% cotton archival card and our beautifully textured linen card.
DO YOU OFFER FRAMING?
Unfortunately, we no longer provide framing services.
CAN I REQUEST A DIFFERENT SIZE FOR MY PRINT?
We’re happy to accommodate custom size requests. If you need a size that differs from what’s listed, please email us to discuss your options.
I’M PURCHASING THIS ITEM AS A GIFT. CAN YOU SEND IT DIRECTLY TO THE RECIPIENT?
Yes! Just leave a note during checkout, and we’ll ensure it’s sent directly to the recipient. Please keep an eye on your emails, as we may need to confirm shipping details.
MY PRINTS WERE DAMAGED IN TRANSIT. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
If your prints are damaged in transit, please email a photo of the damage to hello@babesandletters.com within 2 days of receiving your parcel.
I’VE CHANGED MY MIND ABOUT MY PRINT. CAN I GET A REFUND OR EXCHANGE?
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on any of our products.
Each piece is printed to order based on your specific requests, and we take great care in creating every item. Due to the nature of our small-batch, personalised process, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect sizing. Please choose carefully, as we cannot accommodate changes once the order has been processed.
PRINT PERSONALISATION/CUSTOMISATION
If you request any personalisation or customisation, please double-check all spelling and grammar before submitting your order. We will take customisation details directly from your submission at checkout.
If you need to confirm or amend your customisation, email us at hello@babesandletters.com as soon as possible. Changes can only be made if your order has not yet been processed.
