Refunds + Exchanges
As each order is custom-printed to your specific size requests, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges. All sales are final.
We take the utmost care in carefully preparing, printing and packaging orders, and we ensure all orders leave our studio in pristine condition.
If your order arrives damaged, please take a photo of the damage and email it to us at hello@babesandletters.com within two (2) days of receiving your parcel. Once we review and approve your reprint request, we will arrange a replacement for you.
