The following processing times are a guide only. We always strive to process and dispatch your order as quickly as possible.
Please note: order processing times are separate from shipping times. Selecting Express Post will only expedite shipping, not reduce the processing time.
Standard Orders (No Customisation)
Processing time: 3-5 business days + shipping time.
Please be aware that during peak periods (e.g., sales events, Easter, Christmas), processing times may take longer than usual. If there is a delay in processing your order or we are experiencing a higher-than-usual order volume, please check the announcement banner on our homepage. This banner is regularly updated to reflect any changes to processing times.

Processing time: 7-10 business days + shipping time.

$15 Express Post Australia-wide.
All Babes + Letters orders are processed at our small studio in Queensland and shipped via Australia Post. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been lodged with Australia Post.
Your order will arrive flat (never rolled), with every item produced and packaged with care in our studio.
Please note: Babes + Letters cannot take responsibility for parcels once they leave our studio. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping providers.
